By accessing or using Octopus Organizer / Octopus Finance AI Advisor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You are responsible for account credentials and device security.

3. Service Description

The service provides personal-finance tooling, including transaction tracking, budgeting, goals, bill management, insights, optional AI-assisted features, and data export/import controls.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse APIs/infrastructure.
• No infringement of third-party rights or privacy.

5. AI and Data Responsibility

AI-generated outputs are informational assistance and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying important outputs and making your own decisions.

6. Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party processors (for example cloud infrastructure, analytics, notifications, and AI providers). Third-party offerings may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Octopus provides informational and operational finance tools and does not provide investment, tax, legal, or fiduciary advice.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

• Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
• No guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free outputs.
• Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, or Terms violations. You may stop using the service at any time and use in-app account controls where available.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory local law.
